Torsten Pfeifer

CEO & FOunder

Mr. Pfeifer was born in Thuringia, Germany and has over 15 years of experience in Investmentbanking and Real Estate Investments. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London and later worked for Citigroup as a Managing Director running the fixed income sales business in Asia Pacific and Japan out of Hong Kong. Mr. Pfeifer holds a master degree from the University of Bayreuth in marketing & finance.

THOMAS FRITSCH

Mr. Fritsch was born and raised in Thuringia  and has over 20 years of business experience in Real Estate investments. He started his career at a property developer in the city of Erfurt and since then has held various positions. Since 2013 Mr. Fritsch is sourcing and managing Real Estate projects for Treuenburg Group across central Germany. He holds a degree in property management (Immobilienkaufmann).

Mr. Deschler has over 20 years of business experience in Real Estate investment and has held various entrepreneurial positions in the sector. Since 2013 Mr. Deschler is sourcing and managing Real Estate projects for Treuenburg Group. Next to Central Germany his focus is the Frankfurt area.

MATTHIAS BARTHEL

Mr. Barthel was born in Mühlhausen, Thuringia and is part of the TRGs management team since 2018.

He majored in economics focusing on financing at  University Jena. Throughout his career he gained relevant business experience in the distribution, management and marketing in the Real Estate sector. Before Mr. Barthel joined Treuenburg Group he worked nationwide as a StartUp manager for Town & Country Haus, the market leader for detached houses in Germany.
